  14. Dear Colleague,
  15.  
  16. As part of the continued initiative aimed at creating a consensus
  17. glossary of temporal database concepts and terms, you are invited to
  18. propose new terms and concepts that may be added to the current set of
  19. definitions. Comments (including modifications) on existing
  20. definitions are also welcome. All material should be submitted to the
  21. mailing list tsql@cs.arizona.edu.

  23. An initial glossary was published in the September 1992 issue of the
  24. SIGMOD Record, and a status document was distributed in December 1992.
  25. Status documents are made available every three months, so a new
  26. status document will be released later this month. This document is an
  27. important one because the following document will be prepared for the
  28. International Workshop on an Infrastructure for Temporal Databases, in
  29. Dallas, TX, June 1993.

  32. available by anonymous ftp from cs.arizona.edu, in the "tsql"
  33. directory.
